What's your return policy?
Henderson Garden Supply wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. If an item is returned as defective or because Henderson Supply was in error, Henderson Supply will refund the S&H paid as well as pay for the return shipping and handling. Any item that has been opened and used is deemed non-returnable. If we receive a return that appears to have been installed, we reserve the right to charge a 20 percent restocking fee.

We charge flat rate shipping on these items when originally purchased, but the actual cost is often quite a bit more than what we actually charge our customers.
